Spa and Salon Etiquette



For the ultimate Spa and Salon experience for all clients, we request that ALL CELL PHONES BE TURNED OFF as you enter the building. Please be considerate of Spa clients by speaking in a soft tone while in the Spa area.



Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to relax and prepare for your services. New Salon and Spa clients must be required to fill out paperwork necessary to safely perform the treatments. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension on a scheduled appointment, and full payment will be required.



Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of the missed service, without notification, on all forms of payment, including gift certificates. We reserve the right to ask the client to reschedule, or to refuse service at our discretion.



Scheduling

We recommend that you schedule your next treatment or service prior to leaving Ibolya Salon Inc. to ensure you receive the appointment that best suits your schedule.



Product Returns or Exchanges

We will gladly accept any unopened retail product return for a product exchange of equal value. Gift certificates and services rendered are nonrefundable. No cash refunds.



Children

We love children, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. Children must not be left unattended anywhere on the premises. Thank you for understanding.
